Interview with CEO of Zamanzar, an Indian Real Estate Startup

Zamanzar is an online real estate brokerage that provides an end to end solution for buyers, renters, and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. We offer online search tools to find property and offline services to help complete the transaction.

While working at Trulia, a San Francisco based real estate startup, I saw the evolution of various online real estate business models. I didn't see anyone in India providing a solution like Redfin or Movoto in the US and thought that there's a huge opportunity to create value for the Indian real estate consumer. I've always wanted to create something that touches consumers directly and real estate is a field that touches everyone.

For Zamanzar offer is offering the full set of brokerage services and is backed up by a professional sales team that assists users in closing the transaction. The range of services offered by them include property tours, title checks, property valuations, marketing property to Indians and NRIs, showing property to prospects, deal negotiation, legal paperwork, home financing, and property registration. Currently available for Delhi/NCR, the website plans to go national and cover other major cities in India.
